Exporting the RoutePack to a Text File

The generic text format option exports a RoutePack to a simple text file. In order to export your complete RoutePack, you cannot have more than thirty waypoints total for all legs. If the total number of waypoints in the RoutePack exceeds thirty, export the individual routes.

To export a RoutePack to a text file:

1. Select the RoutePack in the RoutePack List.

2. Click File > Export [RoutePack] to: > Generic Text Format.

3. In the Save as dialog box, name the text file and click Save. The following are possible default locations of the text file, depending on your setup:

   • C:\Jeppesen\Common\RoutePack (Windows XP)

   • C:\Program Files\Jeppesen\Common\RoutePack (Windows  XP)

   • C:\Users\[User Profile]\Jeppesen\Common\RoutePack (Windows Vista and Windows 7)
