Fuel on Board is the fuel on board just after takeoff.
Fuel on board = [total fuel capacity] - [taxi fuel] - [takeoff additional fuel]
The total fuel capacity is taken from Preflight > Weight & Balance, converted to units specified in the Aircraft Setup Information tab of the selected aircraft model. The taxi fuel and the takeoff additional fuel edit fields are located in the Basic Info tab of the aircraft model.
