Every effort has been made to maximize FliteStar's Chart drawing performance. However, on slower computers, refresh speed may be an issue. The following describes some things that you can do to improve the chart drawing speed:
Turn off special use airspace and/or terrain. Special use airspace and terrain are the most computer-intensive items drawn on the chart. If you do not need to see them, turning them off will speed up the chart drawing.
Keep windows small. Do not use high screen resolutions if you have limited computer power. Do not try to fill the screen with FliteStar charts.
