Alerts

JDM has created a quick and easy way to get the latest information to you about your services and the JDM application. After logging into JDM, you may see a pop-up window on the screen, pointing out important information. You can choose to read the alerts right now and store them away for reference at a later date. By putting this information at your fingertips, JDM makes sure you get notified.

Examples of alerts may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Delivery of a data service has been delayed

• JDM servers will be down for maintenance

• Oracle system outage

• Bug found in JDM application

You need a PDF reader, like Adobe Acrobat, installed on your computer to view any PDF attachments.
