After successfully logging into JDM, all of the data services to which you subscribe are displayed in the Services Area. The data services are associated with an aircraft tail number, make, and model. If your aircraft information is listed as Aircraft [Unassigned], contact customer service to have the information updated in our records.
Each data service, like NavData, terrain, or obstacles, appears on a separate service line. If multiple coverages are purchased, like North America and Australia, they display on separate service lines.
Terminal chart data coverages associated with a JeppView serial number are combined on one service line. For example, if the Canada/Alaska terminal chart coverage is purchased with the Africa coverage, they are combined and appear in JDM on one line.
Each service record will include avionics model name, data service type, cycle ID, coverage name, effective dates, update status, and updates remaining information. For additional service details, click on the 'More' button to view current and next cycle, coverage map, JeppView chart serial number, subscription renewal date, and system ID if applicable.
You can view a map of your coverage by clicking on the coverage name link on the service line or by accessing the 'More'.
You can refresh the list of services in a number of ways: F5 key, Ctrl+R, or JDM > Refresh JDM.
You can access the history of activities per service by selecting a service and clicking the link to View Update History. You can also find the service history with a right-click or double-click on the service. Choose View Update History from the pop up menu.
Services will be greyed out if there are no more updates remaining for this cycle, as noted in the Status field.
