Leg Fuel Calculations in the Advanced Aircraft Model

Leg fuel is the fuel used to fly from one waypoint to the next waypoint.

Leg Fuel = [distance between the two waypoints] ÷ [groundspeed] × [fuel burn rate for the leg type (climb, cruise, descent)]

The following fuel consumption data is available at the following for the advanced aircraft model:

1. Click Edit > Default Aircraft.

2. Select the advanced aircraft model, and click Edit.

3. Click on one of the following tabs as appropriate:

1. • Climb Data tab.

   • Cruise Data tab.

   • Descent Data tab.
